About MBA-Human Capital Management
As the Vision 2030 emphasis the enhancement of human capital within the Kingdom, organizations will require progressive leaders to manage their human capital and ensure its continuous growth and development in the knowledge economy era.
This rigorous two-year program combines in-depth study of progressive leadership and human capital management theories and techniques with practical, hands-on leadership and management problem solving and decision making.
Beyond the traditional perspectives of interactions among employee management, staffing, and personnel planning, Alfaisal Collage of Business MBA- Human Capital Management program exploits the intellectual ties between organizational behavior, advanced human resource management, leadership decision making, and organizational change. The program offers a high level of flexibility and a wide range of elective courses that allow the student to fit the MBA- Human Capital Management experience to his or her specific career needs.
The program requires completion of 42 credit hours (14 courses) of course work taken in residence at Alfaisal University. Normally, four semesters and one summer semester are needed to complete all requirements. The program is welcoming the Male & Female, Saudi & Non-Saudi. The MBA lectures are held in the evenings between 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, three days a week.

Admission Requirements (MBA-Human Capital)
- A bachelor's degree accepted by The Ministry of Education (MOE) in a related field.
- A satisfactory scholastic average; a minimum grade average of "good" in the bachelor’s degree.
- Alfaisal Graduates or applicants who come from a country or political entity where English is not the official language adequate proficiency in English to do graduate work, as evidenced by
- Pre-MBA Requirements: Applicants with backgrounds other than Business Administration may be required to complete one or two pre-MBA courses. This will be determined after reviewing candidates’ documents.
- Applicant should provide one recent letter of recommendation from professors who taught or from a manager at the workplace.
- The graduate study application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee payable to Alfaisal University, which is equal to SAR 600.
- An Interview with the applicant may be requested, if required.

The MBA-Human Capital Management is a 2-year program with mandatory summer semesters.
Tuition Fees (MBA-Human Capital)
Students are allowed to repeat a maximum of 6 CH during their study without incurring extra fees. If students exceed the allowed CH, the normal CH rate will apply.
