Admission Requirements (EMBA-HL)

  1. A bachelor's degree accepted by The Ministry of Education (MOE) in a related field.
  2. A satisfactory scholastic average; a minimum grade average of "good" in the bachelor’s degree.

  5. Candidates are also expected to have excellent computer skills.
  6. Boot camp courses, ensuring essential exposure to basic quantitative, accounting, and finance principles prior to joining the program. These will be provided by AU.
  7. At least five years’ working experience in a healthcare or healthcare related environment.
  8. Statement of purpose describing the candidate’s academic interests and reasons for applying, to be supplied at the time of interview..
  9. No concurrent enrollment in another AU graduate program.
  10. Applicant should provide one recent letter of recommendation from professors who taught or from a manager at the workplace.
  11. The graduate study application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee payable to Alfaisal University, which is equal to SAR 600.
  12. An Interview with the applicant may be requested, if required.

  • Complete the program in 15 to 18 months.
  • One full week per semester for a total of three (3) weeks during the entire program.
  • One three-day weekend per month. Fifteen (15) weekends in total.
  • Capstone project selection at the end of the first semester.
  • 80% face-to-face, 20% online.
  • Assessments will be in person, including the presentation of the capstone project.
