  • Understand financial realities within a decision-making context.
  • How to manage people and organization
  • How to make or interpret financial models, or
  • Much less how to lead a large complex organization.

  • Transformational capabilities and performance excellence: business model strategies, organizational design and alignment, and change management.
  • Systems thinking and operational excellence: operating models for integrated care, value-based and risk-sharing service models, and continuous improvement.
  • Data-driven decision-making: integrating data into decision-making processes and day-to-day management to gain insights and drive outcomes.
  • Healthcare informatics, artificial technology, digitalization, and machine learning: identifying the direction and use of these technologies to make healthcare more efficient and increase patient outcomes.
  • Governance in the healthcare sector using a sustainable framework: measuring, practicing, and improving governance models and the implementation in healthcare organizations.
