Program Overview
The program provides students with the knowledge and scientific background on the most recent pharmaceutical treatments available for different central nervous system pathologies. Clinical Neuropharmacology permits the students to investigate the structure and functions of the nervous system and the influence of the drugs on the nervous system. This will allow the students to apply the relevant knowledge to find novel targets and treatment for neurological and psychological disorders. The course is designed for students with a pharmacology background.

Job Opportunities
Graduates of the program can pursue roles as clinical neuropharmacologists, clinical pharmacists specializing in neuropharmacology, research assistants, clinical research assistants, and healthcare advisors. They may also work in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, research centres, and government authorities such as the Saudi FDA.
Admission Requirements
- A bachelor's degree accepted by The Ministry of Education (MOE) in a related field.
- A satisfactory scholastic average; a minimum grade average of "good" in the bachelor’s degree.

where English is not the official language adequate proficiency in English to do

- Applicant should provide one recent letter of recommendation from professors who taught or from a manager at the workplace.
- The graduate study application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee payable to Alfaisal University, which is equal to SAR 600.
- An Interview with the applicant may be requested if necessary.

Clinical Neuropharmacology is a 2-year program
Tuition Fees
Students are allowed to repeat a maximum of 6 CH during their study without incurring extra fees. If students exceed the allowed CH, the normal CH rate will apply.
